Sa passion pour des soins de qualit\u00e9 centr\u00e9s sur la personne l'a amen\u00e9e \u00e0 assumer un r\u00f4le de leadership au sein des Services de soutien communautaire de la r\u00e9gion de Peel en 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dans son r\u00f4le actuel de directrice par int\u00e9rim du d\u00e9veloppement des services aux a\u00een\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gion de Peel, Whitney continue de plaider en faveur de services ax\u00e9s sur la personne qui correspondent aux nouveaux besoins des a\u00een\u00e9s et de leurs aidants naturels vivant dans la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Elle d\u00e9tient un baccalaur\u00e9at \u00e8s arts sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en loisirs th\u00e9rapeutiques de l'Universit\u00e9 de Waterloo, une certification Prosci en gestion du changement et une certification LEAN Green Belt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
