L\u2019\u00e9quipe de sant\u00e9 du Centre-Ouest de l\u2019Ontario (CW OHT) est heureuse d\u2019annoncer que le Dr Ilan Shahin a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 comme nouveau responsable des soins primaires pour l\u2019attachement des patients, jouant un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le soutien \u00e0 la collaboration entre les fournisseurs de soins communautaires afin d\u2019\u00e9largir les soins primaires en \u00e9quipe et d\u2019accro\u00eetre l\u2019attachement aux soins primaires pour les personnes vivant dans le Centre-Ouest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00c0 propos du Dr Ilan Shahin <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Le Dr Shahin exerce la m\u00e9decine familiale depuis plus de dix ans dans divers contextes. Il a travaill\u00e9 au sein d'un groupe de m\u00e9decins de famille du centre-ville de Toronto avant de se sp\u00e9cialiser en m\u00e9decine d'urgence en milieu rural, puis \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital Osler, o\u00f9 il a exerc\u00e9 de 2018 \u00e0 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En plus de son dipl\u00f4me de m\u00e9decine, il est titulaire d'une ma\u00eetrise en administration des affaires. Il travaille actuellement aux urgences du CW OHT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n En plus de son travail clinique, il est membre du conseil d'administration et secr\u00e9taire-tr\u00e9sorier du Coll\u00e8ge des m\u00e9decins de famille de l'Ontario, o\u00f9 il a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 des dossiers tels que les soins virtuels, l'\u00e9largissement du champ de comp\u00e9tences des pharmaciens et, plus r\u00e9cemment, les r\u00e9formes des soins primaires du PCAT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Il est pr\u00e9sent en ligne o\u00f9 il \u00e9crit sur les patients non suivis par un m\u00e9decin, la sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique et d'autres questions de politique de sant\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Le Dr Shahin a cofond\u00e9 ConsultLoop, une ancienne plateforme de recommandation \u00e9lectronique et un r\u00e9pertoire des temps d'attente, et il reste actif en tant que leader d'opinion dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique et de l'entrepreneuriat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00c0 propos du r\u00f4le<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Le nouveau responsable des soins primaires pour l'attachement des patients du CW OHT soutiendra la collaboration entre les fournisseurs de soins communautaires afin d'\u00e9tendre les soins primaires en \u00e9quipe et d'accro\u00eetre l'attachement aux soins primaires pour les personnes vivant dans le centre-ouest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cette personne contribuera \u00e0 l'\u00e9laboration et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre d'un plan de d\u00e9tachement pluriannuel pour la r\u00e9gion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Cela comprend la promotion de la coordination des \u00e9quipes interprofessionnelles de soins primaires communautaires (IPCT) et la planification de l'int\u00e9gration des personnes figurant sur la liste d'attente de CW Health Care Connect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Le Dr Shahin apportera son expertise clinique et travaillera en collaboration avec le secr\u00e9tariat de l'OHT et les principaux partenaires, et assurera la liaison avec le r\u00e9seau de soins primaires CW et son conseil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pour plus d'informations, veuillez contacter primarycare@centralwestoht.ca<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The Central West Ontario Health Team (CW OHT) is pleased to announce that Dr. Ilan Shahin been selected as the new Primary Care Lead for Patient Attachment, playing a critical role in supporting collaboration amongst community providers to expand team-based primary care to increase primary care attachment for people living in Central West.
