If you are in a mental health crisis stay safe by getting help. 24.7 Crisis Support Peel Dufferin is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and has access to a language interpretation service with over 160 languages. Bereavement Support

Bereavement programs provide emotional support, problem-solving assistance, information, and guidance for people who have recently lost a loved one. Included are counselling programs and mutual support groups for widows and widowers, children who have lost a parent, parents who have lost a child, and other people who are grieving.

Black Youth Helpline

Available daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., our helpline serves as the point of contact for calls to our professional services from youth, families, school districts, and a variety of youth-serving stakeholders. Service in French and other languages are available upon request.

Comprehensive care services offering harm reduction, basic primary care, Hepatitis C and HIV Treatment, and counselling/case management, as well as providing Methadone and Suboxone® assisted therapy.

Kids Help Phone is a 24-hour, bilingual and anonymous phone counselling, web counselling ,and referral service for children and youth. The service is completely anonymous and confidential. Peel Addiction Assessment and Referral Centre (PAARC)

PAARC offers a variety of programs and services for people experiencing challenges related to their own or someone else’s substance use, gambling, gaming or other select behavioural dependencies. PAARC also has programs for individuals who are living with mental health challenges.

Trans Lifeline is a non-profit dedicated to the wellbeing of transgender people. They run a 24/7 hotline staffed by transgender people for transgender people. Trans Lifeline volunteers are ready to respond to whatever support needs members of our community might have.
