The CDMA includes an overview of our vision, values and guiding principles, role of all partners, and the principles around information sharing, transparency, privacy. OHTs need to establish CDMAs to advance pandemic planning and to lay the foundation for fiscal and clinical accountability. It is expected that arrangements will evolve as OHTs develop, expand, and mature. All OHT partners will be asked to sign the CW OHT CDMA in order to participate.
