Virtual Urgent Care
Osler offers urgent care services by scheduled video or audio call appointments on a first-come, first-served basis for non-emergent medical issues. By making an appointment with the Virtual Urgent Care service, you can access confidential urgent medical care without having to come to the hospital up to 48 hours in advance.
- Virtual Urgent Care appointments are available weekdays from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and weekends from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Osler recommends contacting your family doctor first before accessing this service.
- Individuals must be three months of age or older to qualify for a visit and parents/caregivers can register on behalf of others.
- It is recommended that you live within a one-hour geographic radius of Brampton Civic Hospital, Etobicoke General Hospital or Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness as the physician may recommend that you attend an Osler site in person based on their assessment.
