West Park Healthcare Centre helps patients get their lives back by providing specialized rehabilitative and complex care after a life‐altering illness or injury such as lung disease, amputation, stroke, and traumatic musculoskeletal injuries.

William Osler Health System

Hospital care at Brampton Civic Hospital, Etobicoke General Hospital and Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness. Osler also operates a unit at the Reactivation Care Centre at the Humber River Hospital – Church site and a Withdrawal Management Centre in Brampton.

Serving: Brampton, North Etobicoke, West Woodbridge, Malton and Bramalea.
