The Central West Ontario Health Team (CW OHT) is pleased to share that Whitney Harrison has joined the CW OHT Older Adults Planning Table as co-chair. Whitney has previous experience working in the long-term care sector. Her passion for person-centred high-quality care led to her taking on a leadership role in Community Support Services with the Region of Peel in 2018. Central West Ontario Health Team Selected by Ontario Health to Strengthen Community Palliative Care Services
