Collaborative Effort of Central West OHT, WellFort Community Health Services and Rexdale CHC Improves Health Equity and Access The teams behind the collaborative Cervical Screening Model have been honoured with the prestigious Quality and Innovation Award from the Cancer Quality Council of Ontario (CQCO).
