The Central West Ontario Health Team (CW OHT) is pleased to announce that Dr. Marian Chen been selected as the new Primary Care Lead for Palliative Care, playing a critical role in representing primary care providers within the Palliative Care Planning Table, ensuring alignment with the CW Primary Care Network (PCN) priorities. COVID-19 & Influenza Vaccines Now Available

Starting October 27th influenza and COVID-19 vaccines are now available to the general public. Initially offered to high risk populations, Toronto and Peel regions are now offering flu and COVID-19 vaccines to all individuals 6 months or older in Ontario for free, regardless of citizenship or immigration status, or Ontario Health card availability. You can receive a COVID-19 vaccine if it has been 3 months since your last dose or confirmed COVID-19 infection.
